How It Works

From sign up to payout
1. Make an account. Pick a username and password, and paste the Solana wallet you want rewards sent to. You never connect your wallet or sign anything.
2. Play ranked duels. Post a Classic or NoDebuff match on the board or join one. Matches between two accounts are ranked and move your rating for the week. Playing is free.
3. Climb the weekly leaderboard. Each mode has its own leaderboard. Every Monday at 00:00 UTC it resets and everyone starts again at 1000. You need 5 ranked matches in a week to take a place.
4. Get paid. The top 5 of each mode are paid in DUEL to their wallet after the week ends.
Two kits, same 1.8 combat
Classic. The standard duel. Sword, rod and bow in full iron. Spacing, rod combos and a few well-timed arrows decide it. Sword damage: 7.0, Armor points: 15, Hunger: Off.
NoDebuff. Full diamond with a hotbar of healing and a Fire Aspect sword. Pot management, pearls on a 15 second cooldown and refills under pressure win the fight. You cannot see your opponent's health. Sword damage: 10.5, Armor points: 20, Heal per pot: 8 HP.
Damage, armor, potions, knockback and hit timing follow 1.8 values, so what you practiced still works.
The server runs the fight
With rewards on the line, the client cannot be trusted. Your browser predicts movement so it feels instant, but every position, hit and point of damage is decided by the game server.
Your client sends: movement keys, mouse look, attack and use clicks, hotbar slot.
The server decides: position and velocity, hit registration and reach, damage, armor and knockback, and the winner.
Speed and fly: no effect. Reach: server checked. Damage edits: no effect. Autoclick and aim assist: reviewed.
Rewards are public
Every reward is a normal token transfer to the winner's wallet. The leaderboard's Past Winners page links each payment to the Solana explorer, so anyone can check it was sent.
Questions
Do I need a copy of Minecraft? No. Blockchain is an independent browser game that recreates 1.8 era PvP: movement, hit timing, knockback, potions, rods and bows. It is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. If you own Minecraft you can use your own install's textures, font and sounds (Options, Minecraft Install); they are read in your browser and never uploaded.
Can I use my own resource pack? Yes. Load a pack .zip in Options, Resource Packs. It is read locally and only you see it.
Why not connect my wallet? You only need to receive tokens, and anyone can send to an address. Pasting it means the site can never ask your wallet to approve anything. You can change it any time in Account, Change Wallet.
Can I play without an account? Yes, as a guest. Guest matches and bot practice are unranked, so they do not count for the leaderboard.
How are cheaters handled? Your client only sends inputs. The server simulates movement and combat, so speed, reach, fly and damage modifications do nothing. Inputs are also checked for automation, every ranked match is recorded, and the top players are reviewed before they are paid. Cheating, win trading or playing yourself on a second account forfeits the reward and the account.
What does it cost? Nothing. Playing is free and rewards arrive in your wallet without any action from you.
I forgot my password. Ask an admin. They can set a temporary password for your account, which you change in Account, Change Password.
